ocstony
I've just BT the iso file from [Link removed to comply with DMCA] However, I don't know what could I do with this iso file. Someone told me "boot from it". I mount the iso image and burn to dvd. I find that this dvd is unbootable just not like installing Windows XP or Linux. Sorry to ask stupid question. I want to install Mac OS X on my Intel 2.4G socket 478 computer. May I ask have I got the right ISO file? If so, how could I install the Mac OS X on a blank hardisk steps by steps. (I don't want to do anythings to corrupt my existing Windows XP platform, so the hardisk will be taken away) If this ISO file is wrong, please recommend the right one (just the name is fine) so that I can search another one. Thank you very much X 1000000000000000 Edited February 17, 2006 by 0uch!p0tat0 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/1813-may-i-ask-how-to-install-on-intel-socket-478-pc/ Share on other sites

ocstony
thanks for your reply. but I don't know which one (method) I should use, as I don't know the ISO image I BT is suitable for which method. Is my ISO image can create bootable DVD? ( I am not sure, but seem quite not.....) I don't want multi-booting because I will take away the harddisk containing Windows XP platform Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/1813-may-i-ask-how-to-install-on-intel-socket-478-pc/#findComment-11719 Share on other sites
