try this http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=179636 Steps 1 and 2

Use GpartedLiveCD to re-size windows partition. Then create FAT32 partiton (do this in Gparted).

Now you have FAT32 partition and can boot to OS X install DVD.

Before you begin actual installation process, select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu. There in the left side panel must be some HDD shown.

It must have 2 partitions. One with windows installed, and the other (FAT32) is the partition you going to install to. Select it (DO NOT select the windows partition or HDD itself cose' you may delete it by mistake) now click Erase (top right line of buttons). Name it somehow. So now you should have HFS+ (journaled) partition.

The next step would be installation. But this is the different story.

Note that if you want use EFI bootloader, the disk must be partitioned as GUID (partition scheme), not as MBR (partition scheme, MBR is the default for Windows).

I would recommend installing OS X to a separate HDD (external in this case, cose' one could use it all and partition it with GUID)...
