Motawa Posted August 23, 2009 Share Posted August 23, 2009 Igot a bug if i change the resolution on my mac os x86 10.5.8(also 10.5.7). When i do a restart its changed and OK. But if i want to play a game its really annoying because it freezes, like the desktop resolution (i think its bacause the games start in a other resolution as the desktop is) Cant post in the graphiccard forum... awulf Posted September 16, 2009 Share Posted September 16, 2009 I had the same problem with a 9800GT, the work around I used was to push Control-Shift-Eject (on an apple keyboard), which sleeps the display, and then you just move the mouse/tap a key to wake it up, and its all good again. If you don't have an apple keyboard you can use Sleep Display http://linestreet.googlepages.com/ but you'll need to figure out how to launch it.
