So I've installed OS X via iPC OSx86 10.5.6 Universal PPF5 Final and I managed to update it via the Mac OS X 10.5.8 Combo Updater. Thing is, I can't get any form of internet working on the notebook. I've tried numerous Realtek R1000 kexts, and even one Realtek made on their own web page, but OS X doesn't detect the Ethernet cable, and I've also tried many, many IO80211Family kexts and none of them even show AirPort as an option in the Network pane. I've tried most if not all the guides on this forum in regards to getting Wi-Fi working because it seems my wireless card; an Atheros AR5007EG according to System Information in Windows Vista, is a problematic card that is difficult to get working.

So I ask the community here if they have any ideas in the slightest or could point me in the right direction for how to get internet working in general, whether it be Ethernet or Wi-Fi, because nothing I have tried works so far. I've attached 2 screenshots below that contain the information regarding the ethernet and wi-fi in my notebook, a Toshiba Satellite U300-NS1.

Ethernet info: http://twitpic.com/esv86

Wi-Fi info: http://twitpic.com/en0ji

I see this line at startup as well in verbose mode:

start [/sourceCache/AirPortDriverAtheros5424/AirPortDriverAtheros5424-235.9.3/src/driver/AtherosController.cpp:480] loaded unsuccessfully

And the main problem is my Atheros AR5007EG card isn't even detected in OS X.

I'll try just about anything right now because NOTHING has worked for me. So sure I'll give it a go if you can link me to it. ^^
