Macint0sh1024
Hi, i just downloaded iDeneb v1.3 (10.5.5) and iATKOS v7 (10.5.7) i tried installing iATKOS but after the restart it boots into the grey apple logo and then immeadiately the computer restarts then i tried iDeneb, with the same result. Can anybody explain? I have a "no-name" computer with a model number FT01 and im guessing the bios come from Phoenix technologies but not the entire computer. The computer was built to run XP and has an intel processor. From what i can gather i have the following components: GM965 Graphics PRO/Wireless 4965 AG or AGN Network Connection Netlink BCM5906 Intel 82801H (ICH8 Family) HD Audio Controller If anybody could explain for me the reason it wont boot into the setup section after installationa and just restarts? Ericcssonn
Did you Customise during installation? If you did I'd check your bios settings..Those are the most probable reasons... Macint0sh1024
I did customize and selected the only thing that i could (Graphics: X3100) but what would i need to change in bios because i didnt touch the bios at all. EDIT: In startup options i typed cpus=1 just to run 1 cpu and now i get past the grey apple logo BUT now im at a grey screen with a black arrow and the wheel spinning on and off. What does that mean? is it just taking forever to load? or is something wrong?
