Peter Saldanha Posted August 20, 2009 Share Posted August 20, 2009 alright the iDeneb installation went superb and i got hackintosh installed pretty nicely. the only problem i face is the WIreless cards. now i know that wireless in mac is kinda hard with that airport extreme thing?. anyways i have a atheros driver and i tried to install one using a dmg of a driver pack. is there a way to do that rightly?. anyways that is one of my priorities and it didn't work. Another priotity of mine is the sound. now some people told me to use that USb sound thing. but i have 2 USBs and they are close together. so if that thing is kinda "fat" then i can't use a mouse(which i don't mind) any ideas on how to make this thing work? oh and btw, i have an express card slot and speakers(from realtek) too. Peter Saldanha Posted August 20, 2009 Author Share Posted August 20, 2009 OK the model of the sound card that isn't working is from Realtek RL100 family so the drivers for almost all of them are the same and btw it is HD and not AC97 the network card that i have is i think atheros and that acer Nplify thing. I am not sure about all the specs since my computer is down for a while The model of my laptop is Acer aspire 4730z.
