Samuel Gordon
I'm running 10.4.10 on my AMD machine now and I'm unable to run Leopard. Therefore, I've decided to upgrade my machine but what motherboard is "the best one"? finish.06
I'm running 10.4.10 on my AMD machine now and I'm unable to run Leopard. Therefore, I've decided to upgrade my machine but what motherboard is "the best one"? Sir Gordon, I am not sure to which is the best, but I can tell you I have performed a retail install on my ASUS P5Q (no additional prefixes). Additionally, all I had to do was use the basic boot-132 method with the DsMos.kext file added after I flashed my bios. Hope this helps you, finish.06 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/180538-perfect-motherboard-for-leopard/#findComment-1230204 Share on other sites
elkotur
My experience with Gigabite (EP35 DSL3) is almost satisfactory. I'm using chameleon 2 and everything is working fine, see my signature for details Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/180538-perfect-motherboard-for-leopard/#findComment-1231003 Share on other sites

Firestorm88
If you don't care about i7, I'd highly recommend the Gigabyte EP45-UD3P. Working awesome for me.
