I noticed that there wasn't much help for finding kexts that worked with Gigabyte's onboard sound on their GA-EX58-UD3R motherboard for Core i7 systems. I found some that work correctly, and have some instructions on getting them to work (scroll down to instruction #7). Hackintosh Guide for Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD3R (with sound working) I really hope that can help others, as I've seen many users have problems with ICH10, though there are easy to find drivers for ICH9.
