Hi.

I hope I will get some help from you. Im not very good in hardware. Soon I'll be purchasing new notebook and I wonder if it's possible to install leopard on it without any problems.

I've heard that there could be some huge problems with some parts in notebooks.

Specification is:

Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2

QL-64 (2.10 GHz, 1MB cache)

HDD interface: Serial ATA, 5400 RPM

Graphic: ATI Mobility Radeon HD4570 (DirectX10, SM 4.0, Avivo)

I hope there are all necessary informations. I would be really glad if you lend me a hand, because its kind of difficult for me.

Cheers, Tom.

it should work, i would download a couple different distros.

One of them should have your chipset on it.

I would i try ideneb 10.5.6 first, the best i have seen so far.

you will need a torrent client to download the distro.

I like UTorrent http://www.utorrent.com/

then download the torrent file http://www.demonoid.com/files/details/1790039/50671494/

*note* to download the torrent fiel you must have account i will pm you how to create an account.

looks liek im out of invites for the torrent site. so i guess i will pm you a link to get it else where.
