darkblade007
Hey guys, I tried to install iaktos v7, ideneb and retail dvd but nothing is getting working with my asus p6t deluxe. When im setting up AHCI in bios settings and my SATA disks were putted in the SATA controllers on my mainboard, my computer will not boot up and hengs at the marvell screen and says [physical drives] no disk found! [virtual drives] no virtual drive found, i cant do anything my computer is not booting up dont know why, nothing is in the marvell controller. But when im putting the SATA dvd rom and hard drive into the marvell controller my system is booting up, but not booting up the mac osx setup. Then i have found out another method, i put my hard drive and my rom into the sata controllers and disabling all of the marvell controlls in the mainboard settings. result : My computer is booting from mac disk and i can get into the setup with = busratio=20 and -v and also finishes installing, but when im goin to boot from my hard disk it stocks at the apple boot screen with an stop shield (sorry for my bad english im german) above the apple logo. When im booting up with busratio=20 and -v then it has problems with the fireware setting to default mode or still waiting for root device. I have tried the ideneb 10.6 but its not recognizing my disk in disk utility with iaktos v7 it recognizes my disk but not booting up after successfull installation. When im trying with your faq here booting up with a 132 disk for p6t deluxe it says invalid checksum, when im trying with normal boot 132 disk it says an apple. com plist error, im comming into the disk, but when the disk is going to enter setup my system is doing a restart... Also i tried every mac disk without or with busratio and v nothing is working..except of the iaktos v7 Can u help me ?? Somebody who has this done with his p6t please help me and please tell me where u put in your controller your sata drive and rom. My System configuration is : Alienware X-58 Asus p6t deluxe (not version 2) updatet bios to version : 1605 from asus.com Intel Core i7 prozessor 920 Seagate 500 gb Sata 3gb\s nvidia geforce 295 gtx 4 gb ram 1066 mhz some cheap toshiba dvd (wanted to do an ugrade but the drive is nowhere found by toshiba^^) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/178246-some-p6t-deluxe-problems-with-marvell/ Share on other sites
