PRAXXUS
I think the issue here is that most of the broadcom (BCM 43XX) hacks don;t take into account that some systems have both and ethernet port and a wifi. So simply changing the en0 to en1 won't work. I received a copy of a MacBookPro netconfig.plist file and there are 3 entries. 1) en0 for the LAN 2) en1 for the wifi (btw they use a BCM 4318) which is what I have... 3) fw 0 firewire port...not sure about this. Suggestions?? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/17779-broadcom-4318-wireless-gateway-mx3210-notebook/#findComment-116091 Share on other sites
fallingup
are you using extensions from 10.4.6? or 10.4.3? some people might have installed the 10.4.3 kexts on the install dvd, so you might want to try that. Cause if the macbooks use 4318, the kexts from .6 should have those drivers.
