cybohemia Posted August 2, 2009 Share Posted August 2, 2009 I'm trying to install iATKOS v7 on my Dell mini 10v using a USB flash drive. When I start the computer, I get the screen that says "Mac OS X" under a glassy apple logo and, after hitting the enter key, I get the Welcome screen with the spinning apple logo that turns red. But I don't know what to do from there! The Utilities entry of the menu has Disk Utility, Terminal, System Profiler, Hardware Info, Reset Password, Chameleon2 Installer, Chameleon Installer, Xiezhy Installer and Restore System From Backup. But...what should I choose? I don't see anything that seems to be "Install OS X". How do I tell it to install the operating system?? Sorry about the re-posting. I couldn't find my posting from earlier today and thought it hadn't gotten through . Turns out that posting was made yesterday, but to the wrong forum and moving it today didn't update the posting time from yesterday to today so I was looking at the wrong place. (I tried to remove this posting but couldn't figure out how to delete it.)
