Fl0 Posted May 18, 2006 Share Posted May 18, 2006 Hi, iam trying to get the nic working on my Acer Travelmate 8200. I Installed 10.4.4 with some patches. Works ok, only the NIC is not working. I read in the forum that the network .kext from 10.4.3 should work with the Intel Pro 1000 NIC. I fetched ;-) myself an 10.4.3 Install DVD. I dont want to install everything again, just geht hold of the needed 10.4.3 .Kext files. i searched the disk , but i cant find the file where the installations files are stored in. Is there a way to extract these file from the image ? I only need the IONetworkingFamily.kext package.
