Videx
I own a HP a1223w "search HP a1223w specifications" on google first link. Everything works fine until reboot after installation. With iDeneb it would freeze at the apple logo and on iATKOS it is the apple logo with a crossed circle on top and a never ending loading logo gif. Anyone local that can help me install OSX on my machine? chevy2410
Does that HP use IDE or SATA connections for the drives? You really need to see what it getting stuck at. Reboot and at the darwin bootloader hit F8 and then at the boot prompt type -v and then hit enter. You will see a whole wack of text scrolling and if it stops the last thing is what it's getting stuck at. I'm pretty sure it's because you have IDE and not SATA drive. I could be wrong. Report back. Chevy Hi Chevy, Thanks for your reply. I really appreciate your help. I am using a SATA HD. But will run -v and get back to you ASAP.
