I am trying to install OS X on my AMD PC, MY specs are as listed below, Right now I am not be able to even start the installation, I can boot from the iDeneb DVD but after few min it hangs, IT hangs at the prompt saying something like, "still looking for the root device .."" I had tried different distros ( kalyway, itkos etc) but they keep rebooting. My research on the same topic reveled that it is still not workable due to the on board graphics, but my questions is that if i am ok with standard resolution , will it allow me to install using standard vga drivers?? may be when later on some body finds a kext for ati 3300 i can add it. I had changed my SATA settings in the bios to use AHCI , but this wouldn't help, i can not still start the installation, As of now I do not have PCI graphics card so i can not test disabling on board VGA, I had tested the iDeneb v1.4 DVD it is bootable and working fine.
