Is there an way to adjust timing edit multiple layers

I have to edit a Flash file created by someone else its basically a slide show and the client wants to add a few new photos. there is motion and tween effects applied to the images. My question is if I'm putting new images in between existing photos as where each photo is on its own layer is there a way to re adjust the timing and play of multiple layers all at once...for example take 3 of the layers that play after the new image layer and stretch it out to a new end time or maybe even the opposite take layers and shorten them so the flash ends sooner. Or must each layer me moved over and timing re adjusted manually for each.
