EmoticonFury
Hello all I recently installed Tiger on a spare USB HD I had lying around. Everything went smoothly during the install, but I can't get it to boot on USB. BIOS is set to "Boot USB-HDD" first but everytime I try to get it to boot OSX I just get the old "INVALID SYSTEM DISK" error. Its almost like its not even trying. I even changed the jumper on the drive in the enclosure to master and I still get nothing. Is there anything special you have to do to get this thing to accept a USB boot? Jason Y.
Ummm... I recently tried an ISO installation, but when that failed, I used the VMware image and copied it onto a USB hard drive. I've been having the same problem and was wondering how you solved yours. Thanks!
