Over 20 companies, including Apple and Microsoft are being sued in Texas (famous for giving plaintiffs money for these kinds of lawsuits). We have this company you've never heard of called Tsera, LLC claiming that every company under the sun is using their patent. So what is the patent for? “Methods and apparatus for controlling a portable electronic device using a touchpad.” What makes this even uglier is that Tsera isn't even mentioned under the patent. The only name mentioned in said patent is the man who patented the idea, Chuang Li. So stop flipping people off, because this Tsera group has a patent for it and will sue you!
