Nesvik Posted July 16, 2009 Share Posted July 16, 2009 Hey, Im using the Ideneb 1.4 using AMD 5800 X2 MSI k9N Platinum Nvidia 7950 GT and it installs and loads fine but after the apple screen its just black, i have a curser that i can move around but everything is black, i tried several video drivers with no luck. any ideas? thanks in advance. LouCioccio Posted July 16, 2009 Share Posted July 16, 2009 Try -v -x -f to get into safe mode. -v is verbose see if thing is unusual. Did you choose a generic video when installing? Then with efi studio you could use the proper video driver kext file. Mother was born in Rocca Pia. My uncle (my dads' brother ) was born in Indian territory Oklahoma before it became a state and my Dad in Penna. but both his brother and him were raised in Italy after their mother died in '06 (1906).
