passatgt
First, hi, i am a newbie, and this forum is great, and my english is very bad:) The problem: I install iATKOS v7 successful to my pc, but its not start up correctly. The grey Apple logo appears, but no spinning wheel appears, and the osx never continues the boot procedure. I try to start with -v and -x and -s parameter, but always appears the grey apple logo, and nothing happens. Can anyone help me? Thanks! andrewq2
Did you customize the install? To fit your system? If your on intel did you install Voodoo 9.7? If on AMD Did you install Voodoo 9.5? Post what you selected in the customize section. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/175076-iatkos-boot-problem/#findComment-1201293 Share on other sites

Amacx86
Give iDeneb 1.4 (10.5.6) a try. Set your hard disk to ACHI mode, boot off an external USB DVD drive. Select Voodoo 9.5 as your kernal, the seatbelt and ACPI fixes, and NO video. You can download the video drivers from links on netkas. I tried several times with iAtkos and never could get a good install on my AMD rig.
