thefoul Posted July 11, 2009 Share Posted July 11, 2009 Allora...ho installato con successo la iAtkos 10.5.7 Tutto alla grande però le seguenti schede di rete non compaiono in Network Preference Pane: Ethernet controller [0200]: Intel Corporation 82566DC-2 Gigabit Network Connection [8086:294c] (rev 02) Ethernet controller [0200]: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL-8139/8139C/8139C+ [10ec:8139] (rev 10) Le cose che mi mandano ai pazzi sono le seguenti: - se connetto l'Apple USB ethernet...compare automaticamente e navigo - le altre interfacce di rete (tipo le FW) funzionano alla grande - se esamino le Estensioni del Kernel in Resoconto da System Profiler mi compaiono sia quella della intel sia quella della RLT come correttamente caricate Ciononostante...non c'è verso di vedere comparire le due en0 ed en1 in Preferenze Network. No...navigo e sto in rete solo in virtù della scheda addizionale USB della Apple (quella per il MB Air per intenderci). Le altre due vengono caricate...le kext sono lì...ma non mi appaiono in preferenze network...ergo non le posso usare perchè non gli viene assegnato nè en0 nè en1. Qualcuno sa come forzarlo a mano..su che file devo agire? thefoul Posted July 12, 2009 Author Share Posted July 12, 2009 Dunque....ho cambiato di posto le schede PCI ed ora la scheda ethernet è presente e funzionante. Il problema ora è capire il perchè le prime 2 schede PCI (ehternet e controller FW400) sono riconosciute e attivate mentre la terza (controller FW800) è riconosciuta da LSPCI ma non viene più vista nè da System Profiler nè tantomeno da Network Preferences. E' come se sta macchina fosse cappata a 2 schede PCI e basta dall'OS... In ogni caso lspci lavora a dovere su quella porta..ergo non capisco perchè Leopard la veda muta e non attivi la scheda piazzata... Alla fin fine ho dovuto levare il controller FW800...tanto era inutilizzato... La stranezza però rimane... Ora Leo 10.5.7 non la vede più Suggerimenti please ??? mettere IONetworkingFamily.kext della 10.5.6 (che ha come plugin RTL8139.kext) al posto di quello della 10.5.7. Se vai ha vinto un ambo al lotto (il terno è troppo). Non so se è possibile forzarli manualmente, ma comunque è un problema di conflitto tra due schede. Non ho detto che il conflitto sia tra due PCI, l'interrupt può essere in comune con qualcosa on-board della scheda madre. Se non puoi forzare gli IQ devi provare più combinazioni di posizionamento delle schede negli slot PCI. Jad P.S. Generalmente si evita di montare schede PCI sul primo ed ultimo SLOT.
