korki696 Posted May 12, 2006 Share Posted May 12, 2006 hey i installed Mac OS X with VMWare and it works in that but it is pretty slow so i want to native boot it but when i do that it says "Still Waiting for Root Device" ive tried every type of jumper setting but nothing works. Can anyone help me??? Can you take a screenshot of all the boot messages? edav. Because I used the 10.4.6 JaS install and like boob I didn't click on the Customized install button and install the needed patches, after I figured that out and reinstalled I stopped getting the "waiting for root" error.
