I'm assuming it'll work fine in OS X, but am wondering how Windows would deal with it. Has anyone tried this yet? I heard about a version of 9600 which has bios for mac and PC, that should work for sure!.. In other hand, the mac version will not work on PC because your motherboard has no support for such card.
