Okay so I restart my Mac to test a kext installation to speed up my USB ports and when it boots up the Vanilla kernel becomes v9.2.2 I believe it comes with leopard 10.5.4 and I was never able to properly boot with this {censored} version so I always just kept 10.5.2...

But now I can't boot it seems to have automatically upgraded and {censored}ed up my system? Is there anything I can do I can't stand another fresh install!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I noticed something was up when the kernel diagnostic messages changed, I can recognize that v9.2.2 kernel from a previous failed upgrade I cannot believe this is happening!!!

Screw this, I'm downloading iAtkos where I don't have to worry about Software Update automatically upgrading Mac and bricking my system... My first encounter with iAtkos wasn't too good I hated that they modified the OS I just wanted the same experience and look as the other Macs with a About Me page that says Mac and not iAtkos or something... But I am really attracted to this EFI v9 where I can install any update I want :)
