Last time I seached and tried I had to reinstall windows becuase I got the wrong one. So...my question, Which partition should I install mac on, 0 or 1? belgrano Posted May 10, 2006 Share Posted May 10, 2006 The order of booting does not depend on the positon of the partition on hdd but rather on which bootloader you use. If you use Darwin (Mac's bootloader), the default partition will be OS X (and AFAIK you cannot change that). If you use Acronis, I think you might be able to set windows partition as the default one. Usually windows wants the first partition, you know it's a bit "closed" on other OS systems.
