si6
I've been looking for info on the Mac OS X. To my knowledge this is what I found... - There are only 2 (legal) ways to get the Mac OS X (with Intel CPU support) O/S software: 1. By buying a complete (Intel-based) Mac system 2. By being a Mac developer - If I bought the Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger (boxed) version from apple.com I would get the version that only works on the PPC-based Macs. - If I did buy the retail version (and it's PPC-based) there is no way to make it work on an Intel-based PC (without using some type of virtual system software) Am I correct/incorrect in any of the above? labria
Hmm... it wouldn't... We all here are Apple Developers or own a Mac, really! And you're right. There is no way to own a hackintosh legally.
