colum
I hade iDeneb 10.5.6 working fine, and then I don't know what happened but my Mac stoped working. So I tried to reinstall osx. It boots fine into the installe, but when I try to format the dive, it gets stuck on "creating partition map" and maybe 5-10 minutes later Disk utility eports "I/O Error". I get the code 0x00000047 durning startup. What could have changed? It works one day, and the next day nothing. I know its not an AHCI error because there is no setting in the BIOS. Here is the info about my motherboard: http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/Products/Mother...me=GA-G31M-ES2L Please help! (windows can read/write to the drives) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/171118-cant-mount-hard-disks-so-cant-install/ Share on other sites
