marliwahoo Posted May 10, 2006 Share Posted May 10, 2006 It's possible your hd/partition is not "blessed". You will need to do a search on how to "bless" the hd/partition in the terminal before installing the os. Most install dvd's will do this for you automatically. If you installed from the directions on the M....S site you will need to bless the HD with a command line. kemikal-aa Posted May 12, 2006 Author Share Posted May 12, 2006 Still havin the same problem. I can boot from the installer CD into the OS which is painfully slow, but i cant boot without it. As far as blessing the drive I ask you how do I bless the drive. I cant figure out some parts of the command so a sample command would help me out a lot. sorry i dont know more but im a windows guy and im trying to branch out.
