aonghas
Hi guys, I tried installing OSX86 on my Sony Vaio laptop (with Kalyway 10.5.2 disc) but I took out the disc after the first reboot after installation. Will that be the cause of the HFS+ Partition Error I'm now getting? I'm trying to dual boot with Vista. I then booted into Vista by setting the vista partition as active again (using cmd on the vista install disc) and copied the chain0 file into C: and used bcdedit to make a new entry in the bootloader thing. Now when I reboot I see the 2 options (vista and osx) in the windows bootloader but whenever I choose osx it just goes to a black screen with "Windows is loading the files...) progress bar at the bottom before going into Windows startup repair... :S I need help! Thanks, Aonghas Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/169918-removed-dvd-after-reboot/ Share on other sites
gazepo
boot osx using -v flag so you can see what the error is. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/169918-removed-dvd-after-reboot/#findComment-1173075 Share on other sites
