gazepo
"boot0: error" means fail with your bootloader. You have to reinstall it onto the drive. When i install Ideneb, i chosse the kernel for SSE 3 Proccesors, and all the drivers for the chipset, no more. No!!!! my friend. NEVER select to install more than 1 driver for your chipset. I think it's better to start over a fresh install. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/169790-drivers-ideneb/#findComment-1172814 Share on other sites
MGJulius
To reinstall the bootloader... Leave the ideneb disc in the drive. When the darwin prompt comes up let the time run up and it should boot the os. Once booted you can download the latest chameleon (v2.0 RC1) and install it again...it should boot normally then MGJulius Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/169790-drivers-ideneb/#findComment-1172942 Share on other sites

marian99us
you know what! i think the error is more than just bootload ! just forget it! try downloading iAtkos 4 or 5 (burn at low bitrate) leave everything default and install! if it works, then you know what kernel your pc comes along with (I think by default it is Vanilla! ) and if it doesn't work try shutting down one of the cores of the cpu (it works for me! ) and if you can't boot at all after the installation then just try a new kernel! with everything default! because iDeneb is great!!! but you really need to know your machine well! (which is probably not the case right now ) There are quite a few options in Kernel types (I am really going to look into this kernels myself as soon as I get over my exams!! [fingers crossed!] ) for example: Voodoo, ToH etc Once you are sure which kernel suits you best, its all downhill from there! and a tip: Vanilla is the best option by far. Vanilla means you dont have break your computer every time guys at 1 Infinity Loop tweak their Operating System! have fun hacking! marian99us
o goodie! i know all the answers @Foxzonex in most distro's you have a complete system if you just use the defaults, try iAtkos, with default! if idoesnt work then try a new kernel and so on . . . and sorry i dont know what echi means! and the prohibit symbol you get is because you haven't selected the chipset driver! it doesnt have to be made exactly for your driver! try to get second best or something and you should be fine! but the error is most probably because you haven't selected any chipset driver! @gazepo i think 1.4 is the latest iDeneb! marian99us
Tranks for reply mariam But, what i can put the defaults drivers? If i put a image of the list of drivers, any can say me the corrects for my computer ? Thanks in advance actually by default i meant just leave everything as it is! don't select anything at all! just don't go into the customize option at all! In iAtkos 1i or something they used to keep everything to the minimal by default! i don't know how they do it these days! i still think iAtkos should be the best bet! if it doesn't install try ToH kernel! or maybe some other ! but the essence is: NEVER GIVE UP! lol just keep me posted! and if you live in germany and close to my town! i might even come by and help you out but i doubt that! just let me know if i can be of some help! p.s. i might not be online that often since i have exams in 2 weeks! but in the middle of july i am going to be a free bird! and will have all the time in the world for everything i love like breaking into OS X! lol cheers!
