Sorry for omiting details, I've Toshiba Qosmio F30-111 with Ultra ATA controller Intel® 82801G (ICH7) - 27DF. Drive is MAT{censored}A DVD-RAM UJ-846S ATA Device. After installing this kext working flawlessly...
