Mikkp
My computer seems to not co-operate and wont post anything... Anyway, i solved my other problem(I had iatkos v5i and BCM5787M didnt work, i found some drivers and they worked. Yaaay, but then when i reebooted my system didnt startup and the drivers failed to work. I did install series of other kext´s before those so i think the mixture made the whole.) I now however got iDeneb 1.4 and i Installed the BCM5787M drivers that were in the install, however nothing seems to work out of the box for me. Anyway, it shows that i have Ethernet, but it wont connect for somereason. Im also using a router but i have restarted it several times(as asked in network assistant) but nothing happens. Can anyone help? M Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/167679-broadcom-netlink-gigabit-ethernet-help/#findComment-1163858 Share on other sites

I accidentally clicked "en1" instead of 0 so theres my problem gone Now however every five minutes i get a Kernel Panic and the use of my computer is ruined. Everything else works besides restart, shutdown and my wireless card (Intel Wireless 4965agn) (If someone can help me on the wifi i would be extremly happy to get it working, and ive tried iwidarwin. It detects wireless networks but wont connect). Has anyone else gotten this with vodoo 9.5? Ill try with another kernel and report back if i have some results. nobb1x
there's no hopes for the 4965 wireless, iwidarwin is known to not work yet. if you can, replace the intel card with a Broadcom, or look for an usb dongle. As far i can see your laptop use a Core2, why you need to use the Voodoo kernel? anyway, try to get a pic of the kernel panic and post it here on a separate thread, maybe someone could help.
