airrob
I have Myzar's 10.4.4/10.4.5 DVD image. Next week, I am going to wipe my laptop (Dell Latitude D610) and set up OSX/WinXP dual boot. One of the main attractions of OSX is iLife. I have two questions about it... 1. If I obtain it from Apple, will the retail copy work on OSX86? 2. If I obtain a 6 gig image of it through other means, how could I install it? Can I mount the image in OSX? Elv13
yea you can mouting it in osx by cliking on it the retail version will work fine if its the 06 and NOT the 05 you will need core image to run imovie and garadge band, only radeon 9500+, x300+ and intel gma 900 are suported actually, nvidia will probably in the future but forgot older card Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/16739-ilife/#findComment-107807 Share on other sites

doggyworld
I actually had a problem installing Garageband on my OSx86 box with a GMA950. I don't know why but it kept giving me an error when I tried installing iLife06. It installed fine on my other computers without QE/CI support. All the other apps installed fine though.
