pirloui
The Wiki says Gigabyte GA-945GCM-* IDE and SATA works out of the box. It uses ich7 BTW. However they seem to all use SATA to boot, or don't precises what they use. Do anyone know if this motherboard can boot from IDE drives? I try to set up a super cheap configuration for a friend, and she has IDE drives that can be reused. BTW I consider this mobo over the GA-G31M-ES2L because of the integrated graphics. Apparently GMA950 will work where GMA3100 won't. Thanks a lot!
