I downloaded the latest Gamepanel software from Logitech for OS X, and everytime I try to install it, upon completion it tells me to "plug in my G15 device if I haven't already done so" even though my keyboard is already plugged in. It doesn't recognize the keyboard at all, even after logging out and then in, or rebooting completely.

A while ago right after a fresh install I remember it worked fine for a little while (except I had to redo that install for a different reason), and now I'm having this problem. Any ideas why?

Anyone? I'm talking about the Logitech G15 Gaming Keyboard (the blue backlit one with the foldable LCD screen). I still haven't succeeded in getting the Mac OS X Gamepanel software working. I will try to post on the Logitech forums, but if someone on these forums has the same (or the newer version of) this keyboard, it would greatly help me for you to explain how to get the software to recognize my keyboard.

Tomorrow I will try again one last time in a very methodical and logical manner. First I close down every single open process that's not necessary for the OS to run, and install the GamePanel dmg. If this fixes the issue, then I'll have to see which program(s) are conflicting. Otherwise, next, I will make a fresh new user account and try installing it on that account. If I don't see any improvements then I am really not sure what more there is to do, so I am open to suggestions.

Well I've tried installing it without anything else running, but it still failed to recognize my keyboard, with the LCD DevAgent (that's supposed to detect the device) just saying, "plug in your G-Series device now if you havent already". Time for fresh account trial

EDIT: Installing on a fresh account didn't work either. I've also tried changing the port the keyboard was plugged into with no success..

SOMEONE HELP!! lol
