Tek
I used the dd method with deadmoo's image to successfully get Mac OSx86 running on my home computer. My specs are: Asus P4P800 Mainboard Intel Pentium4 2.4C @ 3.09GHz (SSE2, SSE3 emulated) 1GB Kingston HyperX DDR400 RAM 2 x 36GB WD Raptor SATA HDD 1 x 120GB WD SATA HDD Asus Radeon 9800XT/TVD 256MB AGP8x VIVO (no CoreGraphics or CoreImage) Sound Blaster Audigy Platinum (not working in OSx86) SoundMax Digital Audio (working in OSx86) Marvell Yukon Integrated Gigabit Ethernet Adapter (not working in OSx86) Intel Pro1000MT Desktop Gigabit Ethernet Adapter (working in OSx86) Plextor PX708A DVD Burner (says it's fully supported in OSx86, have not burned anything to try) I just got the developer DVD today and patched it with the bender12 PPF file. I'm going to try to get Mac OSx86 running on my laptop soon (dd method did not work.) johnnybluejeans
Let me know if you have any luck with that soundcard in the laptop. I have a Conexant AMC Audio card as well. Have had no luck getting any output from it. The Mic works though.
