datzit
Hi, Im new. I made a JAS DVD, and was able to boot it up and install it on an extra harddrive. I have an AMD 3000+ (clawhammer) It all installed niceley, I only selected AMD w/SSE2 only plus the patches ect. But after the install, and the restart, it goes to MACH KERNAL reboot. And just sits there. Then when I go to restart it just hangs at the screen with all the drivers showing. My MOBO; Chaintech (Nforce3) VNF-250 w/ 1.5GB RAM w/ Nvidia 6600GT 128MB Anyone else have same situation? Thanks! datzit
Got it working. But only after putting both HD and DVD on same channel. But I can only boot up with DVD, but it lets me boot into the HD. But I am on and notice that thise OSX86 is much more responsive than my works G5 1.5 mhz running 10.4.6 ! Now I just need to fix the refresh and Video driver, its giving me a headache! littlepr
Datzit, Try re-installing with both the HD and the DVD are on the same channel. That might have been the problem.
