*** DELL STUDIO XPS 16 ***

Has anybody even remotely tried to install MAC OS on the Dell Studio XPS 16 (tech specs bellow)

OR does anyone have any idea what to expect by looking at the specs?

I'm looking at the same laptop with probably the same specs (but with the 1920 x 1080 display)

 

I searched a few other threads but didn't have much time to read them all.. according to what I already know and some of the stuff I recently read here's what I think.

 

cpu: should work

ram: same thing

ATI radeon 3670: I know the 3xxx ATI cards are supported, I use a 3870 on my desktop and it's easily patched.. but I have no idea if the 3670 is supported.

 

wifi network card, I think the intel ones won't work... I think all XPS Studio 16 comes with intel wifi cards so I guess you'll need to change it.

 

sound card: no idea, sorry.
