link Posted August 31, 2005 Share Posted August 31, 2005 so i got it installed with an installer dvd i made but i need to figure out which kext files to delete to get it running a little smoother. currently it only boots in safe mode. does anyone have any idea about how to figure out which ones are the culprits? When you boot up, type -v and I know you can't just cut and paste, but can you tell us any errors you see, and then the last message before it hangs?
