want_a_mac
Hi Gonzo, It's really difficult to tell from here.. If you dont see anything when you start the computer then i would think of 2 possibilities; 1) The graphics card you bought is f***ed up, Either you fried it when installing or it was already Kaput when you bought it so try it on a friends computer or another mainboard if it doesn't work take it back to the store and give them a hard time 2) Put back your old graphics card: If it's working then either your 9600 Pro is not supported by your mobo or you may need to adjust some jumpers on your Mobo or Graphics cards. Read your Manuals carefully check AGP 4x/8x compatibility.... That's all i can tell for now I hope it helps Cheers Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/16374-ati-sapphire-radeon-9600pro-trouble/#findComment-106646 Share on other sites
