Erratic WiFi Connection RT2500 DWA-110

I've got a DWA-110 running on the Ralink 2500 drivers.

 

My wifi connection is extremely erratic. It never completely drops out, but sometimes it seems to get throttled which I noticed that when I was downloading updates earlier I was barely able to surf the internet.

 

Right now I'm test downloading some files on Transmission (relatively well seeded), and their combined speeds are between 50-80kb/s, which is pretty dismal since I used to get 400-500+ speeds on Windows.

 

I know for a fact that this is not due to my internet connection because I tested it on my laptop. Might any of you know what the problem is?

 

I've included screen grabs so you can see what some of my settings are and my network stats.
