slambucka Posted April 20, 2009 Share Posted April 20, 2009 Hi, I have a Gigabyte 3DSL mobo based hackintos running 10.5.5 with 2 hard drives. One of them(on which i have all my important data which is not the system drive) started to act strangely. It became very slow. I cannot use Final Cut logic and even itunes anymore. I tried with simple copy processes as well. Here are the results: the write speed is ok but when i start to copy something (which is larger than 300MB) from it to the other drive, around 250-300 it slows down massively to a few hundred Kbit/s. I checked the drive with disk utility and it seems fine. Can anyone please help me? I'm about to mix an album and i cannot do it unless it's fixed.
