(not blurry or pixelated) I plan to upgrade new LCD 1680x1050, but run at 1440x900, or 1280x800 if I can't make highest resolution work.
ddvche
I did everything posted in the forums, but I always get a rainbow colored screen when I boot the computer up. like 1 out of 10 times it would work when I do /sbin/mount -uw / but after I applied those files, it doesn't work anymore. How can I get it to work again... hopefully everytime I boot it up?

Soga
Hey Nitsujvg! Thanks for the archives! After i installed it, however, my gfx card stoped working and after i boot up, it would go to a grey/black screen. I followed these instructions to try to re enable the gfx card but the problem still persisted. Instructions from another forum: if you have problems on reboot with video gfx (blue or black screen) All you have to do is just press F8 at Darwin's prompt and then type -s (single user mode) then at root type mount -uw / and /movevideodrivers then it will be prompt to move video drivers by class ( nvidia ; ati ; or intel gma) voila! type yes to confirm or enter to skip ! Is there any fix for this? Any Help is appreciated! Thanks! Soga
