BillyGoat Posted April 28, 2006 Share Posted April 28, 2006 Hi all I heard that OS X supported 'any' Atheros mini-PCI card so I bought an ZCOMAX XG-621 to replace my Intel mini-PCI card in my Acer TM8103. The XG-621 is based on the Atheros AR5112 AFAIK. Unfortunately it isn't being detected (I have 10.4.6 installed). Do I need to do more than just move the old files and copy the files? labria Posted April 28, 2006 Share Posted April 28, 2006 You have to move the old ones, put the new ones in place (the 10.4.5 ones). Then run the Disk Utility and repair the permissions on your system volume.
