_loosh_
Clicky I ordered one of these from Hong Kong and it arrived in less than a week. Simply plugged it in and everything worked perfectly in both Windows and OS X. This one has high delivery and a high buy-it-now price but keep an eye out every day. Mine had a buy-it-now price of 99p and had a £1.99 delivery charge. £2.98! These go up on eBay in mass posts every day. _loosh_ Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/16173-how-to-get-sound-working-for-1-euro/ Share on other sites
Mac OSX Coder
how's sound quality? probably crappy cuz of mass produced chinese products, but on a scale of 1 - 10. 1 being so crappy you would rather throw it away than use it, and 10 being as good as a home built home studio (with unlimited budget [ : ) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/16173-how-to-get-sound-working-for-1-euro/#findComment-104265 Share on other sites
_loosh_
I would say sound quality is a 5, it is easily better than my on-board audio. However, ease of use I would say is a 10 and value for money 10 also. I have noticed a little stuttering every now and then but it is hard to know whether this is the USB device or the fact that this is a Hacked OS Unless you are wanting to watch DVDs in 5.1 or use your Mac for serious music listening, this addon is brilliant. _loosh_ Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/16173-how-to-get-sound-working-for-1-euro/#findComment-104501 Share on other sites

odrex
I saw these on eBay last week and wondered how they'd do. If one wants sound for os x on the cheap, it's a pretty good alternative.
