Extreme CPU Overheating

I am running a laptop with a Core 2 Duo and with leopard 10.5.6, I am getting major overheating. HD is around 40°.

 

CPUs are around 74°, MAJOR hott!! With windows it is around 51° any solution?

Normally a hackintosh would run always at 100% processor speed because of bios/cpu power management incompatibility.

I'm using voodooopower.kext version 1.2.3 by superhai (or AnV's), working great, cpu is stepping according to load, and temperature fell about 10-12ºC.

Thanks, I had heard if Superhai's VoodooPower, but I was not sure if it would work with my Laptop. I'll try it out. :)
