liketowastemytime
I have one of these pieces of junk in my Acer AA0 netbook. I have tried many methods to get it to work including changing kexts and installing various drivers and entering the correct vendor id etc. I even tried recompiling a driver for it. However, in doing some low level probing on this card, it is not what it reports to be. One minute it says it's a AR242x, then the next it's a AR5001, then the next it's something else again. When I have had time, the furtherest I have got, is that now it tells me that it's a Foxconn. I'm now on 10.6.3 and still have had no luck.
