its a 630W, i ask because it's energy efficient. So i'd imagine it's not as powerful as other power supplies.

 

i dont think ill end up overclocking because i'm sticking to the stock fans and heatsinks

Your motherboard will probably use about 10-20W.

Your CPU, if it's an overclocked Quad, will use about 100W max.

Your Hard Drives use about 10-20W each, same for optical drive.

Your graphics card - well it really depends, some use very little, some up to 150W.

 

So 450W should be more than enough, for an overclocked setup with one graphics card.

I would say your good with it my machine in the signature at the bottom with both monitors on full load on all four cores draws under 400w from the plug in the wall according to my Kill-A-Watt meter, although I don't really think that is one of the better brands out there below are a couple of links they are a few dollars more but well worth it IMHO.
