singtrd
Is there a way I can add additonal drivers (Ethernet, Video...) to MAC OS X after it is installed?
Synaesthesia
Yeah. Usually you install or modify a kext.
mschilling
iATKOS is a version where you can use the original DVD and its Apple installer to add drivers after an installation. The installer will give an error after it runs when you do this, but the error is false, and it has worked ok for me.

GimmeRed
Is there a way I can add additonal drivers (Ethernet, Video...) to MAC OS X after it is installed? You can download pacifist and use it to extract or install the packages from that. You can run the install disk again and de-select the system and install the packages that way. If you know what .kext you need you can use kext helper and install them with it.
