Aksel Posted March 9, 2009 Share Posted March 9, 2009 Hello everyone, while I'm trying to install ideneb 1.4 I get this error message. at first I was trying to install to external drive it was succesful I could make install then I tried internal drive it give this error message. while installing to external drive my internal was seem in the disk utility there wasn't problem with that.but now while trying to install with both internal and external drive i get this message. I tried -v -x but didn't work.I put here error screenshot you can see there. imacken Posted August 15, 2009 Share Posted August 15, 2009 Guys, I'm not saying that it'll help you, but I had the same experience. My problem was solved by changing to the following BIOS settings: 1) Disable CIF Enhanced Halt State 2) Disable Limit CPUID Max Val 3) Disable CPU Thermal Monitor. flydave Posted August 15, 2009 Share Posted August 15, 2009 Had the same problem, resolved installing the correct Chipset driver. customize > driver > chipset > (for me was Intel ICHx , but you must check with google which SOUTHBRIDGE you have, if it's ICH1 to 10, this driver is correct for you).
